La Roche-Posay - Serozinc Toner

La Roche-Posay | Serozinc | For Oily Blemish Prone Skin

toner for For Oily combination Skin

Rosie Fortescue from Made in Chelsea is a fan of La Roche-Posay Serozinc as she recommended it in the recent New! magazine so I thought I would give it a try as I have oily blemish prone skin. I bought it from Boots for £8.50 and it also has lots of really good reviews on the Boots website, which convinced me to go ahead and buy it.

You have to apply it to clean dry skin, as its a spray close your eyes and spray your face evenly, then wait for your skin to dry so the zinc sulphate solution can be absorbed, then your free to apply a moisturiser and your makeup bases. If you do have oily to blemish prone skin, always look to wear mattifying non pore clogging makeup to help prevent oiliness, I also highly recommend shine control absorbing papers, they are my savoir, throughout the day I just dab my t-zone with them to help remove any excess shine, a little touch up with powder is great too.

I have been using the toning mist for a week now and I have noticed the difference, my skin has been noticeably less oily, during a full day of wearing makeup I have only had to use shine papers once for a quick dab. When you spray the mist it does make your face feel refreshed and mattified. I have been using this and Proactiv Solution Medicated face bar which both help blemish prone skin and they have both worked well together to help prevent a breakout.
