The Venetian - Las Vegas

Gondola rides, sky painted ceilings, al fresco dining, boutique shopping and fantastic live entertainment - is just a few of the reasons why you should visit The Venetian in Las Vegas

The Venetian is such a dreamy resort. Last year when I walked around and explored I thought I had seen it all. But when I went back to Vegas again recently and went for another wander, I found so many parts of the resort that I hadn't yet visited. So it was great to just get lost in this stunning Venice-themed hotel.

It's iconic for its romantic gondola rides and amazing sky painted ceilings. The singing gondoliers take you for a ride down the canal which goes indoors and outdoors, going past the fancy cafes and boutiques at the Grand Canal Shoppes and out onto the Las Vegas strip. The attention to detail in this majestic resort is incredible, you really do feel like you've been whisked away to Italy, it even has miniature bridges you can cross.

The resort has such a lovely atmosphere, as you can see in my video above with the group of singers dressed up in costume singing at the Grand Canal Shoppes nearby those enjoying some al fresco dining.

There are so many free and cheap thing’s to see in Vegas you’ll be spoilt for choice. If you loved this European themed hotel than you may also enjoy my Paris Hotel and Caesars Palace posts.
