Whittard of Chelsea - Green Tea

There's a new Whittard of Chelsea store opened in Birmingham Grand Central, so I got my hands on a few complimentary tea bags to try out some 'posh' green tea

So I have never been much of a tea or coffee person, until the last couple of years where I have seemed to acquire the taste for it. But instead of your normal teas and coffees, I much prefer drinking Green Tea, and I drink around 3 to 5 cups a day of the herbal stuff.

For those of you who have been reading my blog since the start, you may have noticed I have mentioned about the benefits of Green Tea loads, not only for health but for beauty too. It does wonders for the skin, as you can read here in a previous post.

Anyhow, to get to the point, I recently received some complimentary samples of Whittard of Chelsea green tea bags to try. They have recently opened a store at Grand Central Birmingham, so I was able to get hold of some beautifully packed tea bags, the bag is so cute and very 'posh' compared to your usual tea bags. I tried the Jasmine scented Green Tea and the Earl grey, they both smelt lovely. The first two sips you have a strong perfumey taste, but afterwards, it's a lovely cup of speciality tea. I also really like how you can see the leaves and that there not fine leaves like other teas. If you're a green tea obsessives like me, then they are worth a try.
