Meanwhile, the 24-hour cream rich in organic plant oils such as Rosemary and Green Tea is packed with vitamins A, D & E, Omega-3&6 fatty acids, minerals and essential nutrients that help to support skin health with the addition of Phyto-active Baicalin, proven to actively reduce wrinkles.

I recommend unclogging the pores with the weekly face mask before using the daily anti-ageing cream, this helps the vitamins and minerals to be absorbed more efficiently by the skin to encourage more noticeable results.

They are proudly cruelty-free and infuse as many products as possible with natural ingredients to ensure they remain kind to the skin, with their vegan skincare. Other ranges are either vegan or vegetarian, with all items being plant-based by 2023.

With a range of products that cater for your skin, hair and makeup, you can upgrade your whole beauty routine with this brand. One of their bestselling skincare range’s is the Tea Tree Oil skincare line, where acne treatments, cleansers, lotions and masks are formulated with the naturally sourced essential oil to tackle blemishes without irritation. As is often the case with harsh chemicals.

Their range is unbelievably extensive, with avocado, camomile, vitamin c and shea butter to name just a few of the most popular skincare lines. 13. Dermalogica

When it comes to skincare, using products that are proven to act upon their claims is one of the most important things. And, with Dermalogica, they do just that.

Founded by a skin therapist, this skincare brand formulates products that undertake a series of scientific and dermatological research and testing before appearing on shelves to certify their status as some of the most cutting-edge, professional skincare products on the market. Which explains why most beauty clinics & spas endorse them. It was thanks to a deep cleansing facial treatment that I first began using Dermalogica.

Not only can you feel confident in using this brand knowing it's backed by professionals in the field, but you can feel confident in Dermalogica’s ethical practices, too. No product is tested on animals, and formulas are created as clean and natural as possible, skipping out on harmful parabens and fragrances.

Most products are vegan-friendly, too. Their range of products couldn’t be more extensive, catering to skin concerns common with certain ages and perhaps more niche areas such as menopausal skin, proving they have something for everyone.

Whether it’s a breakout, signs of ageing, uneven skin or dryness you’re dealing with. Dermalogica have you covered. With a team of professionals behind every formulation, you can guarantee you will be receiving optimum quality skincare when buying from this brand.

This does mean their products sit on the slightly more luxury end, but as they are so effective and recommended by industry experts, this is justified.

14. Nip + Fab

Environ has used the vitamin as an essential material since the company was founded - and it has incredible results. Something that I can wholeheartedly vouch for if you see my before and after Environ skincare results where I banished hormonal acne.

Although the brand is slightly harder to get your hands on hence why I don’t use them regularly now, they are more than worth the effort of finding your local stockist and chatting to an Environ beauty therapist.

Just like other Deciem brands, it is, of course, completely vegan and cruelty-free, and formulated to work on even the most sensitive of skin types without irritating.

Perfect for those who want the effectiveness of The Ordinary but can stretch their budget that bit more, Hylamide’s cutting-edge skincare range is one to indulge in. If it’s sensitivity you’re struggling with, Hylamide’s £15 Booster Sensitive Fix Serum is something I’ve found to work wonders for my skin. Formulated naturally without harmful parabens, alcohol and oil known to irritate, the pH balancing technologies that use plant-derived ingredients target the cause of sensitivity and reduce redness and swelling to rejuvenate the skin.

Whether you have rosacea, eczema or just overly sensitive skin, I’d recommend this effective serum. As every formulation created by this brand is scientifically backed, they will expertly tackle even the most stubborn of skin concerns, with reasonable prices that won’t break the bank.

Glossier are conscious with their formulations, using only the most crucial ingredients to ensure you can receive the best results.
